• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
• Picks, packs, and processes outgoing shipments in a proficient, safe and efficient manner.
• Receives, inspects and processes incoming shipments.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders (such as warehouse workers, vendors, purchasing managers, suppliers etc.).
• Trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all Stock department team.
• Maintains a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, body shop, wholesale accounts and the do-it-yourself public.
• Dispatch and distribute the needed parts for the technical team, and making sure that they provide the needed documents before taking any items.
• Establishes pricing parameters in each customer category that generate enough gross profit to produce a satisfactory profit while maintaining customer loyalty.
• Establishes individual parts inventory levels and balances them for maximum turnover.
• Ensures that parts inventory is done 2 times per year.
• Monitors and adjusts inventory to minimize obsolescence.
• Ensures that all parts are properly tagged.
• Supervises stock order procedures.
• Analyzes sales, expenses and inventory monthly to maintain profit goals.
• Ensures that the same high-quality level of service provided to outside customers is also provided to internal dealership customers.
• Analyzes departmental operations and storage layout and revises as needed for maximum effectiveness.
• Coordinates an efficient and timely flow of paperwork.
• Directs shipping and receiving efforts to ensure timely processing.
• Monitors daily reports.
• Guides the counter sales and keep in contact with customers.
• Develops, enforces and monitors guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Handles customer complaints immediately.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business.
Experience in similar field for 8 years or above
Continuous training is a must in order to increase his knowledge and direct it to the whole accounting department.
Follow up on all updates related to international standards
