** This is a remote position. Candidates outside Lebanon are also eligible to apply**
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners based on selection criteria and evaluation process.
- Manage and Contract with Global Partner on company products
- Manage sales activities of the partners to generate revenue
- Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans and special initatives to meet sales goals and wining projects.
- Conduct business/sales review with partner on regular basis
- Educate and train partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
- Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
- Working with sales director to manage sales pipeline/forecast from channel partners
- Develop positive working relationship with partners
- Improve and manage partnership process to optimize channel partners
- Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricings.
- Deliver customer presentations/demos and attend sales meetings with partners.
- Communicate partners requirements ahbout new products, Technical requirements and competitions.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT industry for 5+ years with background on in Telecom, Banks
- Experience in Partnership management and sales
- Have experience at Regional Level MENA or AFRICA
- Bachelor degree in IT or engineering related
- Languages: English and preferable French as a second language
