** This is a remote position. Candidates outside Lebanon are also eligible to apply**


Main Responsibilities:


  1. Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners based on selection criteria and evaluation process.
  2. Manage and Contract with Global Partner on company products
  3. Manage sales activities of the partners to generate revenue
  4. Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans and special initatives to meet sales goals and wining projects.
  5. Conduct business/sales review with partner on regular basis
  6. Educate and train partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
  7. Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
  8. Working with sales director to manage sales pipeline/forecast from channel partners
  9. Develop positive working relationship with partners
  10. Improve and manage partnership process to optimize channel partners
  11. Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricings.
  12. Deliver customer presentations/demos and attend sales meetings with partners.
  13. Communicate partners requirements ahbout new products, Technical requirements and competitions.

 

Requirements:


  1. Experience in IT industry for 5+ years with background on in Telecom, Banks
  2. Experience in Partnership management and sales
  3. Have experience at Regional Level MENA or AFRICA
  4. Bachelor degree in IT or engineering related
  5. Languages: English and preferable French as a second language
