We are an international student recruitment company. We are seeking to hire a proactive individual to assist with all of the activities related to the recruitment, admission, document processing, and enrollment of students at English-teaching Universities in Bulgaria. This is a full-time, permanent position.

The recruitment department has a diverse team from various backgrounds. We have 5 individuals working in this department. Some come from a legal background, others have previously had administrative roles, HR and roles including document processing.

This is a rewarding role with plenty of opportunity for self-growth. You will assist the team with gathering the right documents from students. You'll be part of an international team and working in a global company with offices in 5 countries, 3 continents. You'll network with driven individuals and communicate with partners from over 18 countries. Hence, you must be personable and a team player.

The ideal candidate will have perfect attention to detail so when you can pick up on mistakes when you assess documents. You will usually liaise with the student and the university to find out which documents are required. Then you will support the student with gathering these documents, such as high school certificates, health certificate, school reports, etc.

Our team serves 5000+ clients from across the world every year virtually from our office in Bulgaria. We heavily communicate via IT channels, emailing, and texting our clients via "WhatsApp Business". Hence, you'll need to be experienced with using computers and Google products (Google search, Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets). You should also have good skills in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

You'll be regularly speaking to clients from English-speaking countries like the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and so on. Hence, you must be a confident and fluent English Speaker.

While it is not essential, we would prefer to see on your CV some years of experience in any administrative role involving processing documents.
