Head Barista

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Head Barista to join our newly opened café resto in Beirut. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, training new Baristas, and performing inventories.
Responsibilities:
· Excellent in coffee making (espresso, cappuccino, mocha etc..)
. Prepares alcoholic drinks and cocktails
· Manages and oversees all brewing equipment
· Knowledge in coffee arts and designs is a plus
· Performs Opening & closing procedures of the Bar
· Conducts end-of-day and end-of-month inventory
· Reviews par stock levels of the bar
· Maintains cleanliness of the bar
· Attends to requests, comments, and concerns from customers
· Prepares required reports
· Trains newly recruited Baristas
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:
· Great customer service and communication skills with attention to detail
· Minimum 2 years of previous work experience as a Head Barista Hands-on experience with brewing equipment.
· Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
